i found the staff very warm upon arrival. niyaz helped me store my luggage securely. he remembered my luggage later and ensured it reached my room quickly. the team packed breakfast for my early checkout a very thoughtful gesture.
i requested an early check-in however the hotel could not accommodate it.

especially at the front desk. my room had a great view of the runway (it felt special!). the buffet breakfast was extensive with many options. i used the gymwith several cardio machines and weight training equipment.
the minibar prices seemed a bit high.

I loved the location! it was super close to the airport. the staff was really helpful. i especially appreciated the breakfast. It had lots of options.
The gym was kinda small. It only had a few machines. the room service took a while, i waited almost an hour for my order. the noise from the nearby airport was noticeable, especially in the morning.

Chef Johny Dabre made customized spicier sabudana Khichdi per our tastes. He also made his trademark 'Wrap Dosa'. Prathamesh from the Tiqri service team helped us with a berry smoothie. Chef Asif and Sushant prepared a lamb biryani for our dinner one evening. Ketan from Bell Desk was available to ferry my father to the restaurant and back.
The evening cocktail hours at the Club Lounge were only from 6 pm to 7 pm. Other properties have timings from 6 pm to 8 pm.
